Bigstone Health Commission is seeking a highly motivated, and dependable Information Technology (IT) Generalist to join our talented Health Team. We are seeking a motivated and versatile IT Generalist to support day-to-day IT operations across helpdesk, systems, networking, and cybersecurity. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple domains, with opportunities to actively work across helpdesk support, infrastructure, and security functions while building a well-rounded technical skill set.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Manage support tickets and document resolutions
- Assist with account setup and password resets
- Support Microsoft 365 applications
- Assist maintaining Windows servers
- Perform updates, patching, and backups
- Support Active Directory and permissions
- Assist virtualization environment
- Maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Assist DNS, DHCP, and IP configurations
- Monitor network performance and monitor system performance
- Support endpoint protection and patching
- Assist with access control
- Monitor logs and alerts
- Maintain IT inventory and assist device deployment
Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary education (Certificate or Diploma) in Information Technology and/or equivalent.
- Previous Information Technology experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license
