ALBERTA TREASURY BRANCH & REGISTRIES SUPERVISOR
PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITION
Monday to Friday (7 hours/day)
Wabasca, Alberta

Bigstone Business Services Ltd. in Wabasca, Alberta is seeking a proficient and motivated Alberta Treasury Branch and Registries Supervisor to join our talented team. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency
• Ensure compliance with monthly reporting requirements
• Receive and count working cash at beginning and end of shift
• Record all transactions promptly, accurately, and in compliance with all bank procedures
• Balance cash and checks at the end of the shift
• Oversee all security measures within the agency
• Deal with customer complaints and recommendations
• Must have proven ability to multi-task
• Must be willing to travel and train
• Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must have excellent computer literacy to operate banking programs/software
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Ability to speak Cree is an asset

Qualifications:
• Business Management Degree or Certificate is considered an asset
• 2-3 years of management experience is required
• Previous Accounting or Registry/Bank Teller experience is an asset
• Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Must also provide a credit check as per ATB requirements
